When the printer toner is 100% depleted, you can easily replace the toner with a full shelf toner located in your department office or with the IT team. Use the easy to follow video to assist you with changing toner. Please remember not to replace your toner until it is 100% depleted. When the low toner indicator begins to notify the cartridge has roughly 20% of it’s life. This means you can likely keep printing on this toner cartridge for a few weeks!
