How to Change a greeting.

 

NOTE: Only Authorized users are allowed to change the greetings on auto attendants.

 

  • Dial Extension 4999, or 641-422-4999 from off campus
  • Enter your ID followed by #  (your extension number)
  • Enter your PIN  followed by #
  • Enter the extension of the call handler followed by #
  • You will hear the active greeting
    1. To activate/de-activate Alternate greeting press 1
    2. To change your Standard greeting press 2
    3. To change your Busy greeting press 3
    4. To change your Closed greeting press 4
    5. To change your Internal greeting press 5
    6. To change your Alternate greeting press 6
    7. To change your Holiday greeting press 7
    8. To Exit Press *
  • When changing a greeting
    1. To play the greeting press 1
    2. To Rerecord the Greeting press 2

Thank you for calling the NIACC records office if you would like to request an official copy of your NIACC transcript, please to go the NIACC website at www.niacc.edu. On the top right corner of the home page type transcript request in the search engine, click on the top result and it will take you to the transcript request page. There are two options on this page to request an office copy of your transcript. Option 1 is to have the national student clearing house send your transcript immediately for 3 dollars and 50 cents. Please choose this option if you want your transcript emailed to a college or individual in attendance after August 2005. Option 2 is to complete a paper request form and have your transcript mailed at no cost. If you have any questions about transcripts or would like to visit with someone from the records office, please press 1 now thank you.
