Switching Hard Drives Computer TPM Fix

This article shows what to do to clear the TPM when you switch the hard drives on a NIACC/SMG Laptop to avoid the TPM error.

1. Clear TPM in Windows Security. Go to Windows Security, Device security, security processor details, security processor troubleshooting, Clear TPM. 

2. Clear all NIACC Microsoft Credentials in credential manager.

 

3. Disconnect employee's account from the Access Work or School menu. Search Access Work or School and click the down error on their account and hit disconnect.
